You may return or exchange any smartphone, headphone, or accessory within 30 days from delivery date, provided items are undamaged and in their original packaging with all included parts.

Non-returnable items and conditions:
Unsealed in-ear earbuds due to hygiene policies once opened.
Customized or engraved mobile devices and phone cases.
Products with clear user-induced liquid damage or hardware alterations.
Screen protectors or adhesive skins that have already been applied.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that show physical damage, missing serial numbers, or heavy user wear.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the device arrived defective or an incorrect item was sent.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for high-value mobile devices. We cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return transit without verified delivery proof.
Gifts
If your smartphone or accessory was marked as a gift upon purchase and delivered directly to you, you will receive digital store credit for the full return amount once the item is inspected and approved.
If the item was not designated as a gift at checkout, any applicable refund will automatically be credited back to the original purchaser's payment account.
